Social Court Potsdam

The Potsdam Social Court is a social justice court . The court is one of four social courts in Brandenburg and has its seat in the state capital Potsdam .

Judicial district and higher courts

The Potsdam Social Court is locally responsible for the state capital Potsdam , the Havelland district , the Potsdam-Mittelmark district and the Teltow-Fläming district. The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

At the state level, the Berlin-Brandenburg State Social Court in Potsdam is the higher-level court. The Federal Social Court , located in Kassel, is superordinate to this.
