The Cannstatt Sports Association is a sports club founded in 1897 in the Stuttgart district of Bad Cannstatt .
history
FC Stern Cannstatt was founded in 1897 . Ten years later, FV Cannstatt 07 was established in 1907 . Both clubs merged in 1920 to form SpVgg Cannstatt . In September 1933, the SpVgg joined the SV Cannstatt . Both clubs belonged at the time with the district league and district league, the second highest football league.
From 1935 to 1937 and from 1939 to 1941, the SpVgg football team played in the Gauliga Württemberg, which was the top division at the time.
Currently (since 2016) you play in the eight-class district league.
