The asparagus route Schleswig-Holstein is a holiday route that connects the asparagus-producing businesses in Schleswig-Holstein as a travel route and represents the regional asparagus cultivation in the northernmost state. Since the farms are spread all over the country, the asparagus route goes around Schleswig-Holstein.

The main cultivation areas in Schleswig-Holstein are the climatically favored southeastern part of the country between Lübeck and Lauenburg, the northwest of Hamburg and the region around Neumünster and Aukrug . The asparagus route Schleswig-Holstein is approx. 650 km long and was first presented to the public in May 2003.
