The main plant (army designation “St. George West” A 641) is located on a small rock wall in the forest : three bunkers are on the ridge and had to cover the blocking point from there. A fourth bunker is at the foot of the rock face and is camouflaged with cement-coated wire mesh.

The counterwork is an infantry bunker ("St. George Ost" A 642), which is located in the middle of the Jura pasture La Saint-George not far from the pass road, and is camouflaged as a rural alpine building .
