Spiegel TV Digital (own spelling: SPIEGEL TV Digital ) was a German documentary broadcaster. It was broadcast 24 hours a day.
On September 16, 2011 it was announced that Spiegel TV Wissen will replace Spiegel TV Digital. The new station will be broadcast both in SD and HD via Sky and the known distribution channels.
On October 4, 2011, at 6:00 p.m., Spiegel TV Wissen replaced Spiegel TV Digital.
History and program
The station started on December 4, 2006 as part of the ish and iesy pay-TV package . In addition to documentaries and reports from politics, contemporary history, society, science and technology, Spiegel TV magazines were also shown .
Spiegel TV Digital could be received through various providers: Unitymedia , Kabel Deutschland , Kabel Baden-Württemberg , T-Home , Alice DSL
