The Spiegelrotschwanz ( Phoenicurus auroreus ) is a bird art from the genus of redstarts .

Systematics

This species belongs to a Eurasian branch that also includes the black redstart , the field redstart , and the giant redstart , which are believed to be particularly closely related to the redstart , and possibly the alashan redstart . These developed towards the end of the Late Pliocene and the beginning of the Early Miocene , i.e. H. about three to 1.5 million years ago, apart.
