In addition, there are a total of six laboratories with workshops on biology , chemistry and physics . There are also daily demonstrations, including about electricity and gases . There are also special exhibitions, of which individual exhibits will later be integrated into the permanent exhibition.

Many of the puzzles are based on scientific and technological phenomena. The AdventureRooms Technorama are located in the Technorama building, they can also be booked independently of a visit to the Technorama.

history

In 1947 an association was founded to promote and develop a technical museum in Switzerland. The Technorama Foundation in Switzerland was established in 1969 with the aim of presenting “science and technology in a living exhibition” in the form of an exhibition. From 1982 onwards, this exhibition could still be seen as a conventional, more museum-like show. From 1990, under the direction of the then director Remo Besio, a new model was developed, the conversion of a museum into an experimental field, which is supposed to enable acting experiences. This conversion was completed around the year 2000. Since November 2008, the German biologist and marketing specialist Thorsten-D. Künnemann the Technorama.
