The Splash Class Organization Germany e. V. (SKOG) is the German Class Association of the splash - and Flash - boat classes . It was founded in 2004 and is based in Bochum . It is a registered non-profit association. Members of the SKOG are mainly owners and sailors of the Splash and Flash.

SKOG is a member of the German Sailing Association (DSV) and the international class association SCIA (Splash Flash Class International Association). The SKOG represents the interests of its members in both associations. In the German Sailing Association, these are topics such as the status of the classes, championship regulations or regulations for regattas. In the SCIA she influences the design of the class rules and class-specific regulations for participation in sailing regattas, such as age regulations or personal equipment.
