Splinten ( Norwegian for splinter ) is a mountain in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . In the Borg massif, it rises up as one of the Seilkopf Mountains immediately north of the Pilarryggen .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named it, mapped it using geodetic surveys and aerial photographs of the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952).
