The sports club Sobaeksu ( Chosŏn'gŭl : 소 백수 체육 단; Hanja : 小 白水 體育 團) is a North Korean football club . SV Sobaeksu is based in Kaesŏng and is an offshoot of the April 25th SC, which is subordinate to the North Korean armed forces .
