Leap
Jumping (noun: jump ) is the process of snapping the body off the ground, using one or more feet to overcome height, width or depth. Small jumps are also called hops . The activity can be carried out by humans and animals - e.g. B. Horses - run. It is one of the oldest physical exercises.

In free jumping, the jumper only has to rely on his own jumping power; in device jumping (previously mixed jumping ) he is supported by suitable devices. One distinguishes
