history

The Berlin architects Klaus-Peter Dreß and Karl Wucherpfennig built the Springpfuhl-Passage in the first residential area of ​​Marzahn on behalf of Degewo Marzahner Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH (formerly: WBG Marzahn) between May 1995 and October 1996 on the double high- rise building at Helene-Weigel-Platz 13/14 Shopping arcade. The glass-roofed passage has a total area of ​​4130 m² and houses commercial and service companies. On October 17, 1996, the 16 million mark shopping mall with 14 shops was opened.
