Středočeská pahorkatina
The Středočeská pahorkatina (German Central Bohemian hill country ) belongs to the Bohemian-Moravian Subprovince (Česko-moravská subprovincie) in the geomorphological division of the Czech Republic . It is a densely populated, anthropomorphically strongly shaped, undulating landscape area.
The size of the Středočeská pahorkatina is around 6328 km²; the highest point is the Drkolná with 729 m. The Vltava flows through the area .
Larger places are Tábor , Týn nad Vltavou , Písek and Milevsko . The Středočeská pahorkatina include the Soběslavská pahorkatina , the Písecká pahorkatina , the Jílovská vrchovina and the Ševětínská vrchovina mountains .
