The church

The Evangelical Lutheran village church of St. Anna is located in the center of the Maltis district of the Nobitz community in the Altenburger Land district in Thuringia .

history

The village church from the 16th century is furnished in a rural way. The oldest tombstone in the circle is in it. It is the tombstone of Johannes v. Maltitz , who died in 1398.

In addition, having church in their house of worship one Poppe organ , carved angel and Christ figures on the pulpit , hand-painted calligraphic framed Bible verses in the parapet areas of the gallery .
