The Roman Catholic parish church of St. Georg in Wachbach , a district of Bad Mergentheim in the Main-Tauber district , was built in 1904 and is consecrated to St. George . It is a neo-Romanesque building with an entrance tower and transept. The church belongs to the pastoral care unit 1b - Holy Cross , which is assigned to the Mergentheim deanery of the Rottenburg-Stuttgart diocese . The building is a cultural monument of the city of Bad Mergentheim. In the bell tower there is a four-part chime by Kurtz (1954) and Grüninger (1950) in the tones f 'g' a 'c ".
