St. Judas Thaddäus (Sopron)

St. Judas Thaddäus ( Hungarian Szent Júdás Tádé-templom ) is a sacred building in Sopron , a city in western Hungary . The church is located at Széchenyi tér 4, on the southern edge of the historic city center of Sopron.

The former Dominican church was built in the Baroque style between 1719 and 1725 in honor of the Holy Apostle Jude Thaddäus . The church's towers were added in the 1740s.
