church

The sacred building consecrated to Mary is a Romanesque east tower church . On the east side a Gothic choir was built in place of the Romanesque apse . As a result, the church tower is now in the middle of the building.

War memorial

The war memorial for the fallen of World War I, consisting of two memorial plaques and a bench, is located on the west side of the church. The same inscription is on both panels: They died for their fatherland , followed by the naming of the seven favors with date and place of death, as well as Loyalty to the dead - the grateful homeland .

It is unclear whether the second plaque is a copy of the older one due to weathering or whether it belonged to the memorial complex at the former barracks.
