St. Marien (Ebenhards)

This village church was built in 1517 on the idyllically situated elevated property of the chapel To our dear women mentioned in 1401 . Early Gothic parts of it were built into the substructure of the church tower as the oldest structural elements. The five by six meter choir , which is also the substructure of the tower, and the sacristy are part of it. The tower and nave stand on solid foundation walls and have a half-timbered structure .
