St. Pauli fish market

The street St. Pauli Fischmarkt is part of the street Palmaille - Breite Straße - St. Pauli Fischmarkt - St. Pauli Hafenstraße - bei den St.Pauli Landungsbrücken in the Hamburg-St. Pauli between the cross streets Pepermölenbek and Davidstraße .

The name refers to the fish market that used to take place in this area, which until the end of the 19th century had its place on the old fish market in the old town . At the western end of the street is the area where the Altona fish market is held every Sunday today .
