Building description
St. Pius was designed by the Saarbrücken architects Albert Dietz & Bernhard Grothe . The pillar-less cuboid church space has no windows on its front sides. The side walls are folded into niches that are separated from each other by large colored ribbon windows. There is a narrow inner courtyard between the chapel and the church.
