Ortisei (Rödles)

The Roman Catholic Church of St. Ulrich is a church in Rödles , Bavaria , a district of the municipality of Bastheim in the Lower Franconian district of Rhön-Grabfeld . It belongs to the architectural monuments in Bastheim and is registered under the number D-6-73-116-28 in the Bavarian monument list .

The church is dedicated to St. Ulrich von Augsburg .

history

The previous building of today's St. Ulrich Church was plundered several times during the Thirty Years War . Today's St. Ulrich Church was built in its present form when the choir tower from the 17th century was supplemented by a nave in 1868 . Inside the church houses wooden figures of Saints Ulrich and Bonifatius , which were created around 1750, the people's altar and a Scheiffladen organ.
