The Stade Hector Rolland is the venue for AS Moulins . Moulins is located in the Allier department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region ( France ). The football stadium was opened in 2001 and named after the former mayor of Moulins (1971-1989) Hector Rolland . It consists of a covered grandstand with a fenced playing field and standing room. The grandstand (1,000 seats, 20 disabled spaces) was opened in September 2001 and is called Tribune Dragan Miletic . Dragan Miletic used to play for FK Red Star Belgrade and ended his career with AS Moulins in 1973.
