The Stade Georges Chaumet is a football stadium with an athletics facility in the city of Cayenne , French Guiana . The sports facility was opened in 1965 and is mainly used for games of the Ligue de Football de la Guyane . There are around 7,000 seats, around 1,000 of which are seats. The Stade de Baduel was named Stade municipal Georges Chaumet ('Georges Chaumet Municipal Stadium') in July 2014 . Chaumet was the initiator of the stadium construction.
