Stade de l'Amitie , (full name: "Stade de l'amitié de Kouhounou") and Friendship Stadium called, is a multi-purpose stadium in Cotonou in the department Littoral in Benin . It has a capacity of 35,000, is currently mainly used for football matches and is the home ground of the Benin national team .
After Benin won the U-17 African Cup of Nations in 2002 , renovation work was announced.
