The legal basis for Stadtsparkasse Wedel is the Savings Bank Act for Schleswig-Holstein and the statutes issued by the Stadtsparkasse's administrative board. Its organs are the board of directors and the administrative board. The business area extends over the city of Wedel and the surrounding villages of Holm (Pinneberg district) , Hetlingen and the Hanseatic city of Hamburg . Business alignment
Stadtsparkasse Wedel operates the universal banking business as a savings bank . It is represented on site with the main office directly on Rathausplatz and two offices in the business area. The latter are located in the retail park on Rissener Straße and Moorweg. The office in Lindenstrasse was closed in November 2009 as part of the establishment of the new Rissener Strasse office. The Moorweg branch has been a self-service branch with an ATM, transfer and account statement terminals since October 2017. At the same time, the branch on Doppeleiche was closed.
