Staeffler Ridge is a long ridge west of Hanson Ridge in East Antarctic Victoria Land , which separates the Lower Victoria Glacier from the Greenwood Valley .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1964 after the American topography engineer George R. Staeffler of the United States Geological Survey , who worked at McMurdo Station from 1960 to 1961 .
