Stanislawa Witekowa (born May 24, 1913 in Lemberg ; † June 14, 1978 ) was a Polish chemist ( physical chemistry , complex chemistry , analytical chemistry ).

Witekowa studied chemistry at the Polytechnic in Lemberg and was there from 1937 assistant and from 1938 senior assistant for inorganic chemistry. After the war she was senior assistant at the Institute for Inorganic Chemistry at the Polytechnic in Lodz and also helped to set up the analytical laboratory at the Pedagogical University and the Agricultural University in Lodz. She received her doctorate in 1949, became a lecturer in 1954, associate professor in 1969 and professor of chemistry in 1970.

She investigated the course of reactions at interfaces between liquids and between a gas and a liquid. She investigated catalysts and was a pioneer in sonochemistry (effect of ultrasound on reduction and oxidation reactions, on coagulation, adsorption, dispersion). She also synthesized new compounds in complex chemistry.
