Stark Ridge is a narrow mountain ridge in the Ross Dependency of Antarctica . In the Churchill Mountains , it extends from the eastern portion of Hunt Mountain for a distance of 17.5 km north and then turns sharply north-northeast towards the Starshot Glacier . The mountain ridge that separates the Sivjee Glacier from the Mansergh Snowfield includes several peaks.
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 2003 after Antony A. Stark of the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory , who was involved in investigations at the Antarctic Submillimeter Telescope and Remote Observatory at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station from 1991 to 2002 .
