Stefan Haar (born September 18, 1948 in Hamburg ) is a former well-known German actor of the 1950s. Out of childhood, he did not aspire to an acting career. He went on to school until he graduated from high school. He studied geosciences in Hamburg and then worked for the Hamburg port authority. Today he lives with his family in North Friesland.

Along with Oliver Grimm , Roland Kaiser and Michael Ande, he was one of the most sought-after male child stars of the 1950s. Haar starred in the following films: Father Needs a Wife (1954), Suchkind 312 (1955), The Don Cossack Song (1956) , Scandal about Dr. Vlimmen (1956), The Simple Girl (1957) and Grabenplatz 17 (1958).
