Stefan Johannes Bleicher
Stefan Johannes Bleicher (* 1962 ) is a German organist .
He studied organ with Lionel Rogg in Geneva and with Ewald Kooiman in Amsterdam as well as historical performance practice with Nikolaus Harnoncourt at the Mozarteum Salzburg . He is a lecturer at the Landesmusikakademie Ochsenhausen and has headed the South German Organ Academy at the major monument organs in Baden-Württemberg since 1991. Concert tours have taken him to almost all important cathedral churches, cathedrals and main churches in Europe. His discography includes around 20 recordings. Until 2011 he was organist at the Stadtkirche Winterthur and is professor for organ at the Trossingen University of Music .
