Stefan Meier (born April 21, 1991 ) is a Swiss floorball player on the position of defender . Meier is at the National League A club UHC Waldkirch-St. Gallen under contract.

Career

Stefan Meier played up to the Juniors U21 at UHC Herisau and until the end of 2008/09 with the Juniors at UHC Herisau.

After the 2008/09 season, Meier moved to the youth department of the UHC Waldkirch-St. Gallen. In his first season with the U21 he made 16 games. He achieved two scorer points. During the 2011/12 season, defender Daniel Kläger of the first team was injured. Meier replaced the plaintiff in his position during the injury phase, which was why he made his first appearances in the 1st team, which at that time was still playing in the National League B.

On January 12, 2017, the UHC Waldkirch-St. Gallen, that Meier will continue to wear the green and white jersey of the St. Gallen team in the 2017/18 season. He will thus tackle his seventh season with the eastern Swiss.
