Stefan Okruch

Stefan Okruch (born November 27, 1965 in Ulm ) is a German economist .

Life

From 1987 to 1992 he studied economics at the University of Bayreuth (1992 graduate economist). From 1992 to 1997 he was a research assistant at the Chair for Economic Theory in Bayreuth . After receiving his PhD in 1996, rer. pole. At the University of Bayreuth, he was research assistant for the Max Planck project group “Law of Common Goods”, Bonn, from 1997 to 2002. In 2002 he represented the professorship for general economic policy at the University of Kassel . From 2002 to 2005 he was a lecturer in economics, especially economic policy, at the Andrássy University in Budapest . After completing his habilitation in economics at the University of Bayreuth in 2005 (+ Dr. rer. Pol. Habil. At the Technical and Economic University of Budapest ), he was appointed university professor (egyetemi tanár) in 2005. Since 2005 he has been professor of economics, especially economic policy, at the Andrássy University in Budapest .
