Stefan Schreiber (theologian)
Stefan Schreiber (born August 27, 1967 in Augsburg ) is a German Roman Catholic theologian .
Life
Schreiber studied Roman Catholic theology at the University of Augsburg and at the Philosophical-Theological University of Vallendar . From 2004 to 2010, Schreiber worked as a university professor for Catholic theology at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in the New Testament department. Schreiber has been a professor for Catholic theology at the University of Augsburg since 2010. In 2011, Schreiber signed the memorandum Church 2011: A Necessary Awakening .
Trivia
In 2014 he was won over by the Protestant religious educator Siegfried Zimmer for two lectures at Worthaus 4 in Heidelberg, where he spoke about the creation of the New Testament and the historical Jesus .
