Stefan Siedschlag (born June 8, 1977 in Hamburg ) is a former German football player. He has been assistant trainer at Eintracht Norderstedt since 2012 .

career

The right foot already played several times in a higher class. The Hamburger SV quickly became aware of the then young talent. In the seasons 1995/96 and 1996/97 he was in the squad of the Bundesliga club, but was not used. Shortly after the beginning of the 1996/97 season, he went to Lübeck. There he played 25 games for VfB Lübeck in the second division , but could not prevent the club from relegating. After two seasons in Lübeck an intermezzo with the then regional league club 1. SC Norderstedt followed .

From Norderstedt, Siedschlag moved on to SC Verl , where he played six seasons. At the regional league team, he quickly became a core force in midfield. In the 2002/03 season, the SC Verl rose unhappy, despite the relegation, Siedschlag remained with the now fourth-class team. After leaving Verl two years later, Siedschlag did not find a club with which he stayed permanently, although he was a permanent member of both Kickers Emden in the Regionalliga Nord and Preußen Münster ( Oberliga Westfalen ).

For the 2007/08 season he moved back to Hamburg. The experienced midfielder found a place to stay at the upper division Altona 93 . There he completed all league games of the season and thus played a major role in the club's qualification for the new Regionalliga Nord.

Altona rose from this after the first season. Siedschlag then moved to the successor club of his ex-club 1. SC Norderstedt , Eintracht Norderstedt . There he immediately became one of the leading players.

In 2012 he became assistant coach in Norderstedt.
