Stefan Zackenfels

Stefan Zackenfels (born January 3, 1965 in Offenbach am Main ) is a former German politician. He was a member of the Berlin House of Representatives for the SPD .

Life

Zackenfels comes from a non-academic family, graduated from high school in Frankfurt am Main and studied business administration in Paris to obtain a degree in business administration . After working for BNP / Banque Paribas and Arthur Andersen, he went on to study for a Masters in Boston . From 1993 to 1998 Zackenfels worked in an association of tax consultants and lawyers (ETL), most recently as a managing partner. From 1999 he was an independent tax advisor. Since 2012 he has been the commercial director of a Berlin investment company. Stefan Zackenfels is married and has one child.

politics

From 2001 to 2011 he represented the constituency of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg 3 in the Berlin House of Representatives. With his significant participation, the Participation Controlling Committee was founded there and chaired it for four years. Zackenfels was also a member of the main committee and since 2006 financial policy spokesman for the parliamentary group. For the election to the Berlin House of Representatives in 2011 , he decided not to run again.
