Steffen Roth (musician)
Steffen Roth (born June 25, 1989 in Kleve ) is a German jazz and improvisation musician ( drums , composition ).
Roth studied at the Dresden University of Music with Günter Baby Sommer . Since 2013 he has been part of Julia Kadel's trio , with whom two albums were created for Blue Note . With the guitarist Konni Behrendt and the saxophonist Mark Weschenfelder he formed the Trio Palawa . In 2017 he released his solo album Kalbe / Milde .
