Steffen Szabo

Steffen Szabo (born July 12, 1990 in Rothenburg ob der Tauber ) is a German chef .

Career

After training at the Landwehr-Bräu in Reichelshofen , Szabo went to Schloss Elmau (one Michelin star ), and in 2012 as a sous chef at the Eisvogel restaurant at Hubert Obendorfer's in Neunburg vorm Wald .

In 2016 he became head chef in the dining room restaurant in Coburg , which was awarded a Michelin star under him.

Since February 2019 he has been head chef at the Zur Schwane restaurant in Volkach . In April 2019, the Weinstock restaurant was added at the same location and was awarded a Michelin star in 2020.
