Delage planned a model of the upper class in 1939 . It had a chassis from the parent company Automobiles Delahaye . The V12 engine was also from Delahaye.

In June 1939, the body construction company Letourneur et Marchand received the order to manufacture the body. It was to be a six-seater sedan . The finished vehicle was to be presented at the Paris Motor Show in October 1939 .

The Second World War prevented it. The auto show was canceled. Delage canceled the assignment to Letourneur et Marchand. No vehicle was presented to the state licensing authority for inspection.
