The Delage Type H was an early passenger car model from the French brand Delage .

description

The national registration authority tested the vehicle with the number 372 and granted approval on March 28, 1908. Delage only offered the model in 1908. Successor was Delage Type J .

A four-cylinder engine of De Dion-Bouton powered vehicles. It had a 75 mm bore and 100 mm stroke . This resulted in a displacement of 1767 cm³ . The engine was rated 12  Cheval fiscal and made 15  hp . It was Delage's first four-cylinder model.

The chassis had a track width of 118 mm and a wheelbase of 2475 mm . This corresponded to the weaker Delage Type F of the 5 and Type G series . The superstructures include the double phaeton , landaulet , limousine and phaeton .

The maximum speed was given as 65 km / h.

Numbers of units and surviving vehicles

Peter Jacobs from the Delage Register of Great Britain compiled an overview of production figures and the number of vehicles that still exist in October 2006. His information on the construction times differ in some cases from the information given by the book authors. Numbers of the models before the First World War are unknown. For this model he confirms the construction time in 1908. One vehicle still exists.
