Steinenfeld is a district of the city of Erbach in the Alb-Donau district in Baden-Württemberg .

The hamlet is about six kilometers northwest of Erbach and can be reached via the 240 road.

history

Steinenfeld is first mentioned in a document in 1100. In the 12th century it was owned by the Blaubeuren monastery . Later one of the two courtyards belonged to the monastery, the other was divided.

On January 1, 1972, Steinenfeld was incorporated as a district from Ringingen to Erbach.
