As stone plaster is called an effect plaster for interior and exterior of the stone imitates and will not be deleted. It consists of minerals such as B. marble , lime , mica , white cement and gypsum in different grades of grain. The colors consist of ocher , oxides or vegetable dyes , among other things . The irregularities in structure, surface and coloring are characteristic properties of stone plaster. In the outdoor area, stone plaster is mainly applied to facades and then sculpted after drying. Stone plaster is hard, robust and abrasion-resistant - but at the same time it is flexible and easy to process. It has a long shelf life and only absorbs little water. Whole walls can be treated with stone plaster as if they were z. B. made of solid marble, granite or slate . Color gradations, surface finishes and application techniques can be combined with one another and individualized, for example, with ornaments and stamping techniques.

The surfaces of chimneys, tiled stoves, built-in cupboards and also walls of shower rooms can be designed with stone plaster. The positive building biological properties of stone plaster create a permanently natural room climate.
