Stephan Hollstein

Stephan Hollstein (born January 29, 1966 in Marl ) is a German musician, music producer and singer.

Life

Growing up in the Ruhr area , Hollstein learned to play various instruments as a child and sang in various bands in his youth.

At the end of the 1980s he lived in Bochum . Writing music for experimental films was the basis for better understanding and implementing music for films. With the know-how he gained, he focused on pop music with German lyrics in his own studio "/ raum / der / ruhe /". At the end of the 1990s, after completing his studies, he made his first experience with a major player on the music scene. Sony Music released its debut album "True Stories".

He cooperated with producers such as Armand Volker (Münchener Freiheit), Dieter Falk (Pur) and Kiko Masbaum (Unheilig). Stephan Hollstein currently lives in Freiburg. He publishes his own music productions on his label Lindberq Records and writes instrumental music for films for the POPVIRUS label.
