Stephan Trabant (born August 25, 1981 in Berlin ) is a former German boxing professional. He is the younger brother of Michel Trabant .

amateur

Trabant completed 28 amateur fights with 26 wins and was twice Berlin youth champion.

Professional career

In 1997 Stephan Trabant switched to the professional field and boxed in the middleweight division. In October 2000 he was a TKO (Technical Knockout) victory in the eighth round over Andy Liebing German middleweight champion. In April 2001, "Turbo Trabi" won in Berlin and the International German Championship middleweight title on points against Viktor Granic.

On December 8, 2001, Stephan Trabant was WBC Junior World Champion with a point win in Dessau . After losing points to Roman Aramian in October 2002, he temporarily hung up his boxing gloves. In March 2006 and October 2007 he completed two more professional fights.
