Stephen Kwelio Chemlany
Stephen Kwelio Chemlany (born August 9, 1982 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner .
In 2009 he won the Virginia Beach Half Marathon and came fourth in the Country Music Marathon . In 2010 he finished sixth in the Tiberias Marathon and won the Dalian Marathon . In 2011 he won in Tiberias and took second place in the Berlin Marathon , in which he actually only started as a pacemaker .
At Lisbon Marathon in 2019 he finished third.
