Steven Lustü (born April 13, 1971 in Vordingborg ) is a former Danish football player.

Career

society

Lustü started his career in 1991 at Næstved BK , from whose youth he comes. In 1993, however, he moved to Herfølge BK after he came to 19 missions (two goals) in Næstved. In Herfølge, Lustü established a regular place and surprisingly became Danish champions with his club in 2000. Then Steven Lustü moved to Akademisk Boldklub and stayed there until the winter break of the 2001/02 season. He then went abroad and hired the Norwegian first division club Lyn Oslo . With the Norwegian capital club, Lustü reached the final of the Norwegian Cup in 2004 . But Lyn and Lustü lost the final 1: 4 against Brann Bergen . During the winter break of the 2006/07 season he went back to Denmark and signed with Silkeborg IF . With Silkeborg IF, Steven Lustü was relegated to the second division six months later, but was able to move up again in 2009. At the end of 2009 he ended his active career.

National team

Lustü made his debut for the Danish national football team on November 16, 2000 against the Faroe Islands . In the game, Lustü came on for Thomas Helveg eight minutes before the end . With the Scandinavians, Lustü took part in the 2002 World Cup in Japan and South Korea. However, he was not used there. He made his last international match on February 9, 2005, in a 2-1 defeat in the qualifier for the 2006 World Cup against Greece . He made eight international matches in his career.
