The Stichvilla is a garden villa in the Central Franconian district town of Weißenburg in Bavaria . The building with the address Eichstätter Straße 12 is registered under the monument number D-5-77-177-128 as an architectural monument in the Bavarian monument list.

The Stichvilla is located within the 1.3 hectare and also listed Stichvillenpark , which was laid out in 1883 as an English Garden . In the west, the villa park is bordered by the lake pond . Like other villas in Weißenburg, the Stichvilla was built in 1831 when the wealthier citizens, especially industrialists, moved out of the densely populated city center in the 19th century to live outside the city gates. The classicistic building is a two-story two-wing building with a gable roof and a small one -story extension from 1880.

The last renovation of the Stichvilla took place in the 1970s. At the end of February 2012 there were further modifications. In September 2012 a day nursery with 15 places moved into the building. Previously, the senior citizens' club of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt was here .
