Stillo ( Albanian Ishulli i Stillit ) is a small island in southern Albania . It is located in the very south of the country in the Ionian Sea , around 200 meters from the coast by the Korafi range of hills . On the coast it is the southernmost point of Albania - at Konispol , however, the national territory leads further south. Cape Stillo lies around 750 meters to the northwest .
The island and the cape were a military zone until 1992 and access was prohibited.
The island is rocky and overgrown with maquis .
