The company AS Strømmen Værksted from Strømmen began in 1933 with the production of automobiles . Production was stopped in 1940. Between 800 and 1000 vehicles were produced each year.

The Strømmen Dodge models were created under a license from Dodge . The vehicles were equipped with six-cylinder engines with a capacity of 3300 cm³ to 3600 cm³ . The vehicles were mainly offered as sedans .
A vehicle of this brand can be seen in the Norsk Kjøretøyhistorisk Museum in Lillehammer .
