Strømmen Church

Strømmen is a place in Norway , about 20 km east of Oslo . The place belongs to the municipality Lillestrøm in the province of Viken .

Strømmen is on the Hovedbane and is home to Strømmen Storsenter , Norway's largest shopping center, as well as Strømmens Værksted , a wagon building company and former car manufacturer ( Strømmen-Dodge ).

The church of Strømmen ( Norwegian Strømmen kirke ) is worth seeing .

Norges Håndballforbund , the national sports association for handball in Norway, has its headquarters (region Øst) in Strømmen. Strømmen IF is a local football club and Lillestrøm SK Kvinner plays games in the Strømmen stadium.
