The Straniger Alm is an alpine inn located at 1,479 meters in the Carinthian part of the Carnic Alps . In addition to the Zollnerseehütte , it is the most important place to stay on the eastern section of the Carnic High Trail between the Plöcken and Naßfeld passes . It offers accommodation for up to 25 people and is open from the beginning of June to the end of September.
